Chatbot messenger

This app design goes back to 2015–16 and was one of the earlier projects I worked on at Kore.ai. I focused on improving the user experience and visual design to make the AI chat platform feel more intuitive. Since the original files are long gone, I decided to recreate the core experience with a fresh UI—updating it to fit today’s design standards while keeping the original intent intact. Unfortunately, key metrics, design artifacts, and process documentation from that time are no longer available, but the redesign reflects the essence of the original work.
